MOVE brings together small groups for curated monthly experiences designed around movement, connection and trying something new.

Led by a personal trainer with 10+ years of industry experience, sessions are intentionally small, social and beginner-friendly,

whether it’s beach volleyball, aerial fitness, surfing, hiking or mobility-focused recovery sessions.

No intimidating gym environment. No pressure to “perform.”

Just good people, movement and new experiences.

Cost varies per activity! Session details will be published [TIME] beforehand where you can explore activity details; including location and cost.

Do I have to attend every session if I sign up with MOVE?

Not at all. Subscribing to our MOVE mailing list means you are notified per activity - opting in or out is totally up to you!

MOVE began in 2016 from a passion for movement, adventure, and bringing people together through meaningful experiences.
