Participation

MOVE experiences are designed to bring people together through movement, adventure, wellness, travel, and connection. Participation in any MOVE experience is voluntary and at your own discretion. Please participate in a way that feels right for your body, fitness level, and wellbeing. You are responsible for listening to your body and seeking medical advice where required before participating in any physical activity.

Events & Experiences

MOVE experiences, retreats, and group travel offerings may vary and are subject to change based on weather, venue availability, supplier changes, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will always do our best to communicate any updates as early as possible.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

For paid MOVE experiences, retreat bookings, and events, individual cancellation and refund terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non refundable but may be transferable to another person or future experience where appropriate.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own belongings, travel arrangements, and personal wellbeing while attending MOVE experiences. By participating, you acknowledge that movement, wellness, outdoor, and adventure based experiences may carry some level of physical risk.

Children & Supervision

For any MOVE experiences involving children or family participation, parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and wellbeing of their child or children at all times. Children attending MOVE experiences must remain under the care and supervision of a parent or guardian for the duration of the experience. MOVE by Isla Co and facilitators are not responsible for supervising children during activities, events, or experiences.

Photography & Social Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be captured during MOVE experiences for community memories and marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to be included in any content, please let us know and we will always respect your wishes.
